Thanks The motor is dual voltage 220/440 3 phase Not sure what you mean by “what kind of steam” The data plate on the kettle says it is rated at 90 psi and max temp is 650deg F. What temp the kettle reaches is a function of your steam/heat/pressure capacity from your steam source.
