    Description

    Boasting a hollow-ground, 12" chromium-plated carbon steel knife, an ample product carriage, and a powerful 1 speed, 1/2 hp totally enclosed knife motor, this Berkel 827A-PLUS manual gravity feed slicer is perfect for light to medium volume applications that require about 4-5 hours or less of meat and cheese slicing per day!

    Thanks to its 45 degree product table, this 12" meat slicer requires less mechanical pressure than comparable slicers and also creates a more consistent, even product. An infinite adjustment system allows you to produce slices ranging from tissue thin to thicker cuts, and it also comes with a convenient built-in two stone sharpener to ensure you always keep a razor sharp edge on your blade.

    Additionally, this unit disassembles quickly and easily without the use of tools, and features a stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction that makes it easy to clean. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
