Tank very clean! tank has 3.5 HP Lightning Mixer 220/440 3 Phase, Top Inlets (1) 2 1/2 Inch (1) 3 inch (3) 1.5 inch (1) 6 inch. Bottom Outlets (1) side Discharge 3 inch. Side Outlets for Site Gage. Also has Top Lifting Hooks.
