    Description

    Up for sale is a Filler/Capper for energy shots or small vial filling.

    It was built to run from 5mL to 2oz. The Energy Shot project never took off, so it has very few hours - almost new condition. Speed was 120 BPM, and it was built to run up to 2 flavors at a time. 2 x 6 hd. Or, 1 x 12 hd for one flavor.

    It comes with two unscrambler/hopper bins shown in the first picture. Bottles are poured into the bin on left. Caps are poured into bin on right. The machine will pick and place the bottle, liquid fill, then rotary cap. 2 stage vision inspection/rejection system built in.

    Sanitary Stainless Steel. All replacement parts are major brand. No Chinese knock off crap here. I am happy to talk more specifically about the machine. If you are looking for a very easy to modify small volume filler/capper, this is the best value available.

Two 5 gallon storage tanks – for filling 2 different products at a time. Caps are unscrambled and placed. Hopper bins to store caps feed onto unscrambler then pick and place on the line.
