The Mini-Pasteurmatic eliminates the need for glutaraldehydes when processing small loads of respiratory parts and circuits. It achieves high-level disinfection with simple, hot-water pasteurization. Yet it is small enough to fit on any convenient counter in your department.
Fast Turnaround
The easy-to-use Mini-Pasteurmatic provides quick processing time for small loads. Simply place the pre-washed parts in the perforated basket that is attached to the lid. Closing the lid lowers the basket into the hot pasteurizing water. At the end of the 30-minute pasteurizing cycle, a buzzer sounds to alert the operator to remove the parts.
Saves Money
Installation is easy...just plug it in, fill it with water and it's ready for use. And, because it uses only 11 gallons of water, the cost per cycle is practically nothing when compared to chemicals.
Vertical Rotation
The Mini-Pasteurmatic uses vertical rotation to achieve high-level disinfection...just like the full size Pasteurmatics. The basket is rotated by hand to remove all trapped air from tubes and parts.
Digital Display
The Mini-Pasteurmatic has a large, easy-to-read digital
display for the water temperature and the time remaining in the pasteurization cycle.
Cycle Validation
A built-in printer provides a printout of the date, time and temperature of the pasteurization cycle for your records.
