Pellet Machine
1. Make the agro-forestry wastes into solid fuels or wood pellets.
2. It includes an imperative feeder system, stainless screw conditioner, high quality gearbox, ring die and lubrication system.
3. The material is transferred to the conditioner by a screw feeder, then the conditioner can make different materials fully mixed.
4. The conditioner plays a key role in softening raw materials by utilizing water or steam. After softening, the raw material is sent by a feeder to the pelletizing chamber.
5. By spinning rollers in the chamber force the material through the holes of the die, thus pellets are formed.
6. After pelletizing, the length of the pellet can be cut according to different user's request.
Advantages of Ring Die Pellet Machine:
The pellet machines adopt aerodynamics technology & the current round principle, which is used to reduce the temperature in pelletizing chamber to around 90°C. Then it can increase the lifetime of the ring die, etc. It is pellet mill with gear driven structure, which the gears are treated by hardness quenching and processed by a milling machine. Thus maintain high concentricity with the shaft. These guarantee high performance and improved capacity over belt driven models.
