    Complete liquid filling line capable of speeds up to 60bpm (depending on bottle size and product type), last running 60ml to 1L.

    Includes:
    1) Palace bottle unscrambler
    2) Kalish 6 head gear pump filler (filler and electrical panel completely rebuilt in 2010 with Omron PLC and HMI), touchscreen controls, 208V/3ph/60hz.
    3) Kalish semi-automatic retorquer
    4) Kaps-All inline capper model C with 4x sets of spindles, belt gripping system for bottle stability, sorting bowl and cap elevator, 110V.
    5) CLI front and back labeler model UNI-510 with wrap around for round bottles, can also run rectangular bottles, Herma labeling heads, infeed aligner system, controls, hot stamp Allen coder, 115V.
    6) Transfer belt system with 36in SS accumulation turntable
    7) All SS conveyors between machines are included with line as well as SS wire and air ducts for the line
