    Description

    We have two PDC STG2 sleeve labelers available. They were used on a trial bleach line to apply stretch sleeves, and were taken offline when they determined that they couldn't produce bleach economically. They are very low use and in excellent condition. They are fast (up to 150 cpm), with touchscreen controls. Here are some specs:
    Sleeve Diameter 38 mm to 172 mm
    Sleeve Height Range Up to 300 mm
    Line Speed 30 to 150 cpm

    These machines also have the capability of applying stretch sleeves with the addition of a heat tunnel. From the manufacture's site:

Able to handle a variety of packages, from single serve bottles to multipacks, from clamshells to pillars of CDs, from full-body sleeves to shoulder level and tamper-evidence, the STG offers extreme flexibility."

    The equipment is currently in UT, but we will be moving it to our OH location.
