Features fully jacketed body with 24" wide x 36" high x 48" deep chamber (610 x 914 x 1219 mm), National Board Certified and rated for full vacuum service on chamber, 40 psi @ 300 Degrees F, fully jacketed (stay bolt design) and insulated body is also rated for 40 psi @ 300 Degrees F, factory control panel with Eagle 3000 stage 3 controls, 4" diameter chart recorder, 115 volt/1 phase control voltage, hinged front access door, stainless steel removable cover panels, sterilizing cart with portable lift truck, includes independent clean steam generator by electro steam generator corp, model LB 80, serial # 35535, 8 BHP, 80 kW, National Board rated (# 25525) for 100 psi, 115 volt, 60 cycle, 1 phase, motor data (pump) 1/2 horsepower, 115 volt, 9.4 amp, min/max circuit 11.7/15 amp. Manual included, removed from service 2014. Formerly used in medical service and was previously reconditioned by Autoclaves US.

    Hello. We need to know the exact height from the the tray base to the top of the unit. We need 32" of clear space to move our glass fermentation vessels in and out of the autoclave. We are hoping that it is 34" clear. We also need 18" clear on the walls which does not appear to be an issue.

    Hello. We need to know the exact height from the the tray base to the top of the unit. We need 32" of clear space to move our glass fermentation vessels in and out of the autoclave. We are hoping that it is 34" clear. We also need 18" clear on the walls which does not appear to be an issue. The measurement from the cart guide track to the top of the door opening is 33.5”. The floor has two ss 1” angle iron rails which run from front to back to accommodate the existing cart, these rails are mounted on two cross rails also 1” angle iron and are bolted into lugs welded to the inside floor of the sterilizing chamber, so this frame can also be removed and redesigned if necessary perhaps gaining you at least another inch in the height. The interior door width opening is 23.250”. I will take some detailed photos in the morning so that you are clear on what we are describing.
