    DESCRIPTION:

    Semiautomatic Heat-Sealer with two sealing bars, for the thermal closing of envelopes and bags in cellophane or aluminum body coupled-paper. It is a practical equipment, constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel with anti-corrosion particulars and protected by means of epoxy resin that is absolutely nontoxic. This machine operates with a technology that allows the automation of the movement of the sealable film. The Teflon coated welding plate guarantees greater duration and higher hygienic levels. For its lightness and compact dimensions, the POLIKRIMPER TX can be placed on any table.

    Suitable for the use in food industries, specifically for the dairy farming.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel and anti-corrosion aluminium, AISI 304 stainless steel panel system, inert gas injection-system, continuous feeding of the sealing film, vacuum pump with capacity of mc/h 40, supplied with digital keyboard for the regulation of working phases, quickly interchangeable moulds of single or multiple figures, automatic moulds’ drawer reopener. The level of automation of this equipment prevents the operator completely from getting in manual touch with the film to be sealed.
