    Description

    Complete stainless steel constructed 276 needles Nowicki injector injects brines and marinades into meat and poultry with or without bones with high efficiency and uniformly.

    The speed controlled 24" wide conveyor eliminates product pinching and needle damage. It features a closed brine circulation with filtration system with efficient drum filter for brine.

    It also features the following:

    Pneumatic aid system
    Microprocessor control with self-diagnostic system
    Injection parameter control: brine pressure, conveyor speed, and injection head speed (15-40 cycles per minute)
    Precise control of head clearance
    Control of injection moment: During down movement or up and down movements together
    Max Output per hour: 22,000 Lbs
    Injection Stroke Height: 10 inches
    Volume of Injection: 5%-100%
    Voltage: 480V, 3Ph
