    Description

    The Mepsco BI-244RCB injector is ideal for production of bone-in and boneless poultry products.

    It provides maximum yield of up to 13,000Lbs/hr of production rate on a 28" wide conveyor bed.

    It features 244 stainless steel needles with needle activation valve for down stroke or up and down stroke options producing up to 70 strokes/minute for 3% to 30% injection in single pass.

    The conveyor belt is acetal plastic link impact resistant. The product clearance is 8" high. The unit is complete with brine pump and five-stage self-cleaning rotary drum brine filter.
