The RT Series are extremely versatile, low to high production roller cutting presses. These units are typically used to cut a wide range of materials such as: skin packaged products, vacuum formed plastics, blisters, coroplast, cork, rubber and all other steel ruler die cutting applications.
The operator places the steel rule die on the feed table with knife-edge up. The material to be die cut is positioned onto the die and covered with a polypropylene sheet. The "sandwich" so formed is then advanced to the main pressure rollers. Operator depresses the start button to initiate the automatic cutting cycle. When the sandwich has exited on opposite side of entry, operator depresses stop button, removes finished cut parts and repeats the process.
