    The line is “Barmag” F-12058 50/4421 type BF 4/5. Manufacturing date is 1988. In 2011 the line was overhauled: new head was installed and the screws and the rolls were replaced. Line capacity is 200 kg/h.

    1. Five-layer extrusion line designed for production of sleeve films, equipped with the rotating head.

    2. Converted materials ( thickness 30÷200μm):
    - LDPE;
    - LLDPE;
    - mLLDPE;
    - PP;
    - РА.

    3. Four presses:
    - А - 75 – 55кВт;
    - В - 60 – 22кВт;
    - С - 45 – 22кВт;
    - D - 75 – 70кВт.

    4. HeadØ – 500 mm

    5. Width of the gap – 1,2 mm

    6. Automatic “back-to-back” rewinder, winding options: sleeve, half sleeve and web of the width 1700 mm

    7. Number of temperature control areas:
    - Head – 5;
    - Leg(connector) – 2;
    - adapter – 2;
    - Extruder – 3.

    8. The line is supplied with corona treater.
