Configuration specifications: Vessel array 3:2:1, membranes/vessel 4, Membrane quantity 24(Membranes currently being stored in Sodium bisulfite solution), Vessel quantity 6, Pump model CRN32-7-2. Unit is mounted on a urethane coated structural steel frame. Unit includes 304 Stainless Steel cartridge filter housings, high pressure feed pump (Grundfos 316 Stainless Steel rated 158.5 GPM@770 ft. HD. powered by 40 HP Baldor 3/60 HZ 230/460 volt, 3525 RPM motor), PVC low pressure feed and reject piping, 316 Stainless Steel high pressure piping, and PVC product piping. Units specifications and design were for Film-Tec BW30-400/34i; LE-400 (cold water) membranes. Piping Systems: Feed and Product piping PVC, Schedule 80, High Pressure piping 316L Stainless Steel, Schedule 10, Passivated.
