    The Taylor Ibc-3000 Has Been Designed With A Completely Modular Approach That Allows The Customer To Choose The Options That Fit Their Particular Application Best.

    With This Approach, Anything From A Simple Filling Stand To A Sophisticated System With Pallet Dispensers And Accumulation Conveyors May Be Selected.

    This System To Include:Filling Stand - 3000 Pound Bag Weights And 3,000 Lbs Of Load Bearing Capacity For Product Bins. Adjustable Locking Strap Hangers For A Wide Range Of Bag Diameters And Strap Configurations.

    Inlet Flange With 6in X 150 Pound Bolt Pattern, 4 Inch Vent Flange, 12 Inch Diameter Outer Spout With Inflatable Seal And Two Way Valve With Pressure Regulator.

    Concentric Fill Spouts Provide Isolation For The Weigh System, An Air Passage For Dust Collection And For Inflator Air For Bag Liners When Applicable.

    Max. Standard Bag Dimension, 35in X 35in X 52in With 10in Straps.Electronic Weigh System For Ibc 3000 Features TaylorftS Exclusive Top Mounted Weigh Carriage In Suspension Design And Electronic Weigh Controller To Fill Bulk Bags With Excellent Speed And Accuracy.

    Includes Digital Weigh Controller With LCD Display And Keypad Interface, Three Load Cell Mounted Overhead Supporting The Weighing Carriage And Standard Bulk-Dribble.
