    DESCRIPTION:
    The friction feeder is used wherever flat products of all types are fed into a packaging material using the principle of friction for processing. These devices are easy to operate and convenient. Because the technical layout has been meticulously designed, service and maintenance tasks can be performed very easily and in little time. The few parts that are subject to wear and tear can be replaced with a few simple manual motions. Standard devices in a modular system.
    The BA100 Series cartoning machines are horizontal alternating motion machines, specifically designed to solve major problems packaging in cases for medium productions. The machine has been set up for packing trays or flat products in cartons. When cartoning is carried out, the case is closed by means of mechanical levers and, if it results incorrect, the carton will be automatically rejected.

    SECTORS OF USE:
    The principal sectors of application are those of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    Friction feeders: Motion Control. Indicator lights and control systems. Level monitoring in the product magazine. Internal width of feeder is adjusted to fit product – standard widths of 220, 280, 360 and 420 mm. Machine design: anodized aluminium, rustproof steel. Low noise. Anterior and posterior product magazines. Drop rail for cartooning machine.
    The cartoning cycle is completely automatic. The material handling parts the machine are protected by guards. Built in the operator panel is a an LCD display with function keys and numeric keypad. The machine is designed and built to be inserted in a continuous cycle production line. The cases are continuously checked in order to guarantee that quality packs are produced by the machine. The construction is fully mechanical and requires minimal maintenance facilitated by a unique accessibility to all its parts.
