    Based on the serial number, the manufacturer claims the mixer was built in February of 1985. We purchased the mixer in 2010. Our technician installed a new control box, buttons, switches and pneumatic cylinders to the mixer. The fluid in the transfer cases was replaced and the bearings in the motors were also replaced. We mix at a capacity of 300 pounds two to three times a week, but the mixer can go up to 750 pounds. The dual paddles run approximately one minute clockwise and one minute counter clockwise. The mixer is in good condition. We are selling the mixer because my father is starting to plan to semi retire in the next six months and we have two locations. We process meats and sausages at both locations and are going to stay at one location.
