With the introduction of the G1 series, Alexanderwerk offers a moist granulator designed to meet the requirements and standards in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. It is made for the production of granules of defined diameters from moist or pasty substances.

MAIN FEATURES:
This equipment gives the possibility to satisfy various granulating size requirements simply altering the rotating steel sieves of different hole sizes and shapes. Simple and quick cleaning without particular machine tools. This equipment can be tailored to an extremely wide range of applications. Moreover, the mobile design provides great flexibility during granulation and allows an easy maintenance. Depending on the raw material and cylinder perforation, the throughput can be as high as 500 kg/h. Machine is completely made of stainless steel with granulating cylinder with bores from 1.0 mm to 6 mm hole pattern and knurled pressure cylinder.
