    The 38" Double Section Full-Size Dual Flow Gas Convection Oven (DFG-200 Double) by Blodgett is a stellar option because of its easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain design. This double-sized model is ideal for hospitals, schools and other high-traffic cafeterias. The oven is made from stainless steel with a full-angle iron frame for the most durable unit possible. Direct and indirect heat is combined to create an evenly heated convection oven interior which circulates the compartment to cook foods thoroughly and quickly. The oven interior is fully insulated with a double-sided porcelainized liner to make for an energy efficient unit, which will save your business money in the long run. This double deck convection oven comes with chrome plated oven racks and each cavity has 11 rack slide positions each is spaced a minimum of 1-5/8” apart.
