    Used in the soda industry prior, and then the hard cider industry. Lots of upgrades made for hard cider application with addition of high flow regulators, check valves, flow meter, pre-injector of co2 in sparge tube, pressure relief valve, etc. 15HP pump. All of the parts that came with this carbo-mix from the original soda application that were removed, will be sold with it.

    Carbo-mix is attached to a wooden pallet and is syran wrapped for shipping. Does not require lift gate or flat bed.

    What is the capacity? How many gallons/liters per minute? thank you?

    Has the ability to carbonate up to 1000 gallons per hour I believe, in the cider industry we were only using around 15 gallons every 2 minutes incorporated with our bottling line speed. I have the entire manual with it that really goes into significant details if you want to take a look at it. Thanks

    Yes it can carbonate 1500 gallons/hr. We used this for hard cider.

    Does it measure and control the outgoing carbon dioxide?

    It measures the flow rate of the CO2 from preinjection, but in order to measure the actual volumes of CO2 in your product, you would need to purchase a ZAHM & NAGEL co2 device.
