    Description

    Complete filtration system for handling waste water from beverage processing facilities to remove sugars, acids or other solid materials. Designed to run approximately 30,000 GPD on beverage stream. System is all stainless steel construction. Includes vertical ceramic membrane ultra-filtration system (15 - 50 GPM), reverse osmosis skid with spiral wound membranes (25 - 35 GPM), rated for 1300 PSI, with Fedco MSS Series high pressure feed pumps, stainless steel tanks with Watlow heaters, Thermal Care Model NQA10 AccuChiller system, (3) bag filter skids with Fristam pumps, Corcoran model 5000F pumps, (2) Andritz type S8-150 centrifugal process pumps. Includes (7) vertical stainless steel tanks with dished top & bottoms, including Surge tank, Rinse tank, Caustic tank, Clarified tank, Gray water tank & Product tank. Surge & Product tanks are approximately 2,000 gallon each. Other process tanks are approximately 700 gallon each. System was new in 2013 and used for very few hours. Excellent, FOB
