Yes it is mobile as long as you have a flat surface to put the machine on and electricity. You can print on your own chocolate if it’s white. It doesn’t print well on brown chocolate. I can put you in contact with the lady I bought the chocolate from. You can buy the food color ink from anywhere, but will need the correct cartridges. It requires 4 cartridges. I will put you in contact with that person too. You do not have to pay any franchise fees.
