Hobart HL600 is equipped with Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls, which allows the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running. Each speed has a soft transition into a higher speed to reduce the chances of product splash-out. This Hobart HL600 comes with a 50-minute SmartTimer™. This timer provides accurate results and prevents overmixing. Automatic time recall is great for creating multiple batches in a row. This Hobart HL600 includes a #12 taper attachment hub on its front, and side-mounted controls for easy access. 231⁄4"Wx405⁄8"Dx537⁄8"H. This Hobart HL600 is 380-460V, with a 211⁄16 HP motor.
