    Description

    Dimensions- L-63”, W-51”, H-47”. Can clean up to 88 ½ gallon bottles in one batch. Built from high grade, 316 steel and has food grade welds.

    Bottles held in 10 stainless steel removable baskets for easy loading and unloading. Uses about 10 gallons of water per cycle. Water circulated through spray nozzles by a standard 1 horse power milk pump.

    Also includes a heating element port for washing at higher temperatures, a built in thermometer, and adjustable legs.

    Custom built by machine shop in 2012, has been used between 150 and 200 hours, and is in excellent condition.

    Washing times will vary based on the water pressure filling it up, temperature of water, and soap concentration. On average 7 minutes per cycle (includes filling the vat + circulating water).
