Featuring 48" diameter x 8 station rotary indexing table driven by ferguson "econo-dex" indexing drive, model ed450-8-300, serial # g1056366002, baldor 180 volt dc drive @ 1750 rpm, ul rated for hazardous locations, existing stations have 10" x 2" mounting fixture with two location pins to accept container puck with four stations, multiple operator stations with component boxes and tray fixtures on operator angled mounting, four head filling station pneumatically operated with product tank and manually adjustable filler height, partial vacuum filling nozzles (bodies only) on fixed mountings @ 2. 5" centers with container guides closing station located 2 operator stations after filling, original controls xp design, operating on 220/1 phase voltage, formerly used in semi automatic cosmetic packaging and assembly.
