Description

CARPAC: Automatic Tray Unloader For Bottles/Containers.

Full tray of bottles is inserted into machine's tray holder and pushed through lane separating belt with system. Used to feed entire tray of bottles onto your line at once. Bottles then travel to exit conveyor sorted in single file ready to be fed to your line (filler, capper, labeler, etc.) Lanes are adjustable and can be added or removed.

Machine is in great condition, any questions please feel free to ask.

Prep fee is to be determined dependent on level of packing. We can secure unit onto oversized heavy-duty pallet with metal strap/wood etc. Wrap in cardboard & stretch wrap. If you need unit crated, there will be an additional fee just to cover our out-of pocket cost with material & labor. Thank you.
