DESCRIPTION: Very powerful vertical welding machine with sealing resistance on both jaws. The support structure allows the bag to maintain its vertical position. The VTB is suitable for closing thick bags of any content and weighing up to 15 kg, placed on the support surface, whose distance from the welding jaws is adjustable up to about 60 cm. The strip welding is 3 mm wide. SECTORS OF USE: Particularly suitable for bags containing detergents, fillers, adhesives, frozen foods, cereals, soil, small metal parts, molded parts in plastic and rubber. MAIN FEATURES: The operator acts on the pedal to open the jaws, which in the rest position are closed, and inserts the edges of the sack to be welded between them. Releasing the pedal the jaws close. Pressing a button starts the welding - cooling cycle, adjusted as required with two independent timers and indicated by indicator lights. Turning off the lights indicates the end of the preset cycle. The jaws remain closed, until you reopen them by acting on the pedal. In this way, during the welding cycle the operator remains free to perform other operations such as - for example - the filling of the following bags. The VTB can also be used for the closure of polyethylene and plastic / cosmetic / pharmaceutical tubes.
