Description

Band Sealer with Air Evac and Gas Flush system. Ideal for small bag operation. Purchased new, less than 500 cycles on machine. Used for air evac and gas purge of snack food product. Unit is in excellent condition.

Runs on 120 vac, 1 ph, 60 hz at 10 amps.

Currently use a Rigid brand 150 psi portable air compressor to provide the required 90 psi compressed air. Also use a 125 cu ft nitrogen bottle for gas purge with regulator for the required 30 psi gas purge.

Conveyor belt is adjustable up or down from remote control as is sealer.

Also uses a foot pedal for manual operation.

HOW THE PROBE WORKS: The operator positions a bag under the probe. The foot switch is depressed, or the photo eye automatically detects the bag. The probe moves down into the bag and the air evacuation/gas flush cycle begins. The probe then follows the bag into the sealer’s infeed then it retracts from the bag and returns to get ready for the next cycle.
