DESCRIPTION: The vertical packaging machines MEC are automatic electropneumatic machines for packaging in plastic bags. The main features are the high quality of the components combined with extreme ease of use and maintenance. The machines of the MEC line are conceived as a system of mechanically and electronically independent modules, which can be replaced partially or completely in a very short time, thus avoiding unpleasant and expensive downtime. The mechanical parts are subjected to long and severe tests in order to ensure maximum durability. The electronic part is managed by a PLC and software that allows the machine to be used even by inexperienced personnel. SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. MAIN FEATURES: The film is pulled from the reel format and then welded longitudinally. The product is dosed into portions in the preformed tube. The bag filled with inside the product is cut and the tubular sachet closed.
