DESCRIPTION:
Horizontal, intermittently working packaging machine for the production of heat-sealed single sachets with 3 or 4 welding bars and double sachets with or without central perforation.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
This machine can work with any homogeneous or composite material, as long as it can be heated at a constant temperature. The flat pouches produced can have an imprint on the outside. This machine automatically fills a wide range of foodstuffs such as sugar, salt, solubles, coffee, spices, raising agents, mustard, ketchup, etc., as well as pharmaceutical products of all kinds, such as vitamin preparations, sedatives, analgesics, shampoos, creams, detergents, etc. The current format setup of the machine is for humidified sanitizer wipes, however the unit can be equipped with a powder feeder unit.
The currently installed format is for flat pouches of dimensions: 90 x 64 mm.
