    DESCRIPTION:
    Universal Pack’s sachet machine is a vertical continuous-motion machine operating with rotary sealing rollers, to produce rectangular 4-side-seal or shaped sachets containing powder products. The machine, model NVP2, is an automatic vertical form fill and seal sachet machine, suitable for packaging granulated sugar, in predetermined doses, in sachets made of paper and polythene film heat sealed on all four sides.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    The machine can dose a large variety of products with extreme accuracy. Our continuous motion vertical packers are able to handle free-flowing powders, combining high speed with long-term dose accuracy. Our system guarantees the maximization of the output through a volumetric doser. Sachet machines for powders guarantee a compact solution that combines maximum productivity with a small footprint and includes high dose accuracy, lower product waste, ease of maintenance and cleaning. The machine is equipped with heating and thermostat, product agitator and vibrator. Machine components: Oscillating dosing unit, product containing hopper, heat sealing unit, film reel carrier, feed belt for packed product going out, control push-button panel. Laminate heat sealable film for sachet: paper + polythene.
