The Asso-300-Multipack machine is an automatic machine for the field of packaging disposable hygiene products (especially wet wipes, sanitary napkins...). Versatile easy-to-use, highly reliable, and fully automatic, the Asso-300-Multipack presents itself as an innovation in the packaging industry. Designed for single-layer product filling of polyethylene and polypropylene bags, its distinguishing feature is its wide flexibility for format changeover. It can be automatically combined with any production line or used as an independent unit. The Asso-300-Multipack machine offers the possibility of accumulating, on a special turntable, two or more packs of wet wipes (up to 5 pieces) and then bagging and packaging them. The belt-twister at the machine inlet, allows the packs to be received from the production line and rotated from the horizontal to the vertical bagging position. The machine was built in compliance with safety standards and CE regulations. The machine is equipped with a Pc and a Touch-Screen graphic display that allows interaction with the machine itself. The user interface is easy and quick to use.
