    2019 Mespack Cloud CloudTrac-1500 RH Fill & Seal Horizontal Bagger

    The CloudTRAC Fill and Seal Machine is an intermittent motion machine capable of speeds up to 120 pouches per minutes. The pouch sizes range from 4” to 12” in width and 6” to 15” in height with a gusset from 0” to 5”.

    Process Flow
    - The infeed conveyor moves shingled Pre-made pouches to the Pick-n-Place position.
    - The pouches are placed between clamps that hold and carry the bags around the machine.
    - Air is used to blow open the pouches.
    - At the filling station a funnel in lowered into the pouch for product fills.
    - The filled pouches continue around the machine to the Top Sealer.
    - After sealing the pouches are discharged from the machine to the next operation.
