    The Modern Manufacturing Model MS-2400 pouch machine uses state of the art technology to improve productivity while reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The machine is designed to produce high quality rectangular and stand up pouches, with or without a zipper, from a single web of material.

    Features:
    - Touchscreen full-color HMI
    - Bags up to 600 inches can be produced using "skip-feed" cycle feature
    - Recipe storage of up to 99 recipes
    - Temperature control and settings are built into the machine controller
    - Automatic line-clear function
    - Toolless change overs including sealing dies, Teflon curtains, and operator required adjustments
    - Intelaseal servo sealing system
    - Variable cycle distance of 0.25", 0.5", 1.0", and 1.5"
    - Seal compression distance is adjustable from full depth up to 0.6" above full compression to reduce set-up errors and set-up time
