    Description

    The Emplex PB-1 is an automatic filler and sealer for small sized pre-made pouches. It comes with a manual for an identical unit called the Europack J. Needs a takeaway conveyor positioned front & center.

    Fill hopper: 7.25"L x 7.25"W x 17"D

    Pre-made pouches are stored in the pouch cassette on top of the machine. Depending on pouch design, up to 100 pouches can be loaded at one time. Pouch opening should face the right end of the cassette.

    The cassette can be adjusted to suit any bag size within the machine range. A scale is provided to aid the width of the bag position to be central to the machine. Both sides of the width adjustment guides have the same scale ready.

    If the pouches have re-closable zippers, these must be opened before installing.

    Any date code to be ink-jetted affects the orientation of the pouches. The side of pouches to be printed should be facing up in the cassette.

    The normal position of an ink jet printer is to the left of a takeaway conveyor.
