4 Decks, front and exterior panels, stainless steel, insulated decks. All decks with illumination inside and secuirty glass doors, alternative stainless steel doors, stone baking plates.

Heating System:
Heating of each single deck by ceramic-flat heating elements covered in steel tubes, independent control of top and bottom heat.

Steaming System:
Each deck is equipped with a thermostatic controlled insulated steam generator located behind the banking chamber.

Computer Control with touch screen (smart phone operating concept)

Hardened glass operating surface and high resolution 7 inch display. The user interface allows easy and comfortable programming. Program number and product picture, temp, baking time, remaining baking time and many other features. Customer is able to assign access codes for production and baker. user menu is adaptable to customer needs/ Saving of operating data and up to 1000 baking programs- each with 10 phases. A pictograph and end of baking time signal can be assigned to each baking program. The control is network compatible via ethernet and USB interface and allows updates and backup/restore of all user settings.
