    Convection Oven, hot air circulation, 304 stainless steel construction, model CFM, (2) door design. Manufactured by Chin Fa & Electrical Co. Rated for 0 to 200 degrees Celsius. 12 KW, 240 Volts, 3-Phase power. The (2) chambers measure 29in wide x 29-1/2in deep x 47in high, with interior volume of 48 cubic feet. Accommodates (48) trays sizes 28-1/2inL x 14-3/4in W x 1-1/2in, with (2) blowers driven by 1/2 HP motor, 1720 RPM, 60, 4-poles. Manufactured in 2004. Last used for nutritional supplement processing and in good working condition.
