    Description

    Blodgett DFG-100-3 Full Size Convection Oven.
    Natural Gas.
    120V plug.

    This is a July 2021 Manufacture date oven.
    Comes with four shelves on the inside.
    It has this removable stainless cover for the back of the oven, you can have it if you want. It's just so you don't have it up against a wall and gives it a little room/air. See last couple pictures.

    This was bought in the beginning of 2022 as a backup oven in a corporate cafeteria. It's been used very little and was used until the kitchen closed down in Spring of 2023.

    The inside is in great shape. It's got some normal wear on the outside just from normal cleaning.
    This oven does NOT come with legs or base.
    It was used on top of a stainless steel table, which is not included.
