    Description

    FoodTools CS-1A Round Cake Pneumatic Cutting Machine. This is used for cutting round cakes, pies, cheesecakes and such.

    This was used in a small bakery until it closed down. We bought it couple years and have had this sitting in our back room since we bought it.

    When I pulled this out of our space to list, I was cleaning it and two “fingers” on the die broke off. So the little fingers are probably very brittle due to this just sitting for some longer unused. So Will most likely need new fingers.

    The die is about 8.5” overall.

    Comes as shown.
    No other hoses or attachments of any kind included.
