The Oliver SelectPro commercial bread slicer is ideal for production slicing of large batches of bread. The open-ended infeed chute allows the operator to load the slicer without stopping the machine. The integrated last-loaf pusher is easily engaged to assist the final loaf through the slicing blades. The innovative patent-pending blade cartridge system eliminates handling individual blades when replacing worn blades. In addition, changing bread slice thickness is now possible with the dedicated slice spacing kit.
