2005 stainless dough divider, MONO'S MK2 DOUGH Divider is accurate, reliable and compact. It has a large capacity hopper, simple controls and adjustments. The in-line discharge gives a very compact machine. This is of particular benefit in small bakeries, or where the divider is to be used with an automatic bread plant. The dough divider has the capacity to accurately scale 1000 dough pieces every hour, between 10oz (284g) and 50 oz (1400g).
