Simplify the task of dividing and rounding dough by hand with the Doyon DSA322 22 part semi-automatic dough divider rounder! You'll be able to achieve uniformity in the weight and shape of your dough, for consistent results every time. Interchangeable press heads (includes one, other sizes are sold separately) allow you to change them out to meet production needs. It is also designed with sanitation in mind; the head can be tilted for easier cleaning and no oil is located in or above the product zone. Dough divider rounders like this one are great for rolls, tortillas, pizza, bread and more!

- Divides dough with absorption ratio from 55% to 65%; weight range from 1.4 oz. to 4.8 oz. depending on dough consistency

- Sanitary dough press head, (3) sanitary rounding plates included

- Stainless steel cutting knives

- Self-lubricating, superbly durable; easy to clean
