It’s easy to adjust, clean, and maintain. The entire setup can accurately divide and form ~4800 bagels/hour and it features a large infeed conveyor leading to a 24” oversized turntable which allows one operator to run the machine. No oil or piston action is required, so the taste of the dough in unaffected and there is no heat transfer to the dough. The dough is constantly fed through the stainless steel rollers to the desired thickness and then cut by the rotating blades in pieces of equal weight and size, which can be scaled to various sizes. The dough cutter can be used universally with most bagel formers.
