You are bidding on a new Cinelli single bank dough divider with a weight range of 2 oz (50g) to over 2 lbs (800g)

Unit was ordered for a customer at a price of $28,000 with a $5000 deposit which was forfeited after 180 days without further payments. This dough divider is built with stainless steel and all the top components that one would expect at this price point.
Top features include dual variable frequency drives (one for the cutter speed and one for the feed belt speed)
Weight is adjusted by means of adjusting the roller distance as well as cutter rpm.

Electrical is as follows: 208v 3ph 8a (requires a 15a 3ph circuit)

Videos show the machine in operation and also the mfg tech making final adjustments and testing all components which we paid for in advance.

This is a brand new machine that only had dough processed during setup & testing.

Since my buyer failed to complete the purchase, I am offering this at a starting bid of $15000 and I will not consider offers lower than that....Its my absolute bottom
