    Description

    The Rheon Artisan Bread Line includes lift elevator ($20,000 value) along with the machine itself (purchased new in 2022 for well over $500,000). The line was only used for a handful of runs. Bread line also comes with a huge inventory of brand new spare parts including belts, etc. The line is 44 feet long and operates on AC220, 3 phase. (See pic for electical wiring diagram.) Also requires air connections, and a water connection for sprayers.

    High-Speed production. Can produce up to 5 lanes of product. Makes sub rolls, baguettes, ciabatta loaves, ciabatta squares, sliced bread loaves (machine does not slice) and much more. Does not make rounds (soup bowls, burger buns, etc.). Panning system can be configured in many variations placed on sheet pans. Does not work with loaf pans.

    Currently in a very clean, near-brand-new condition, covered in plastsic tarps for protection. It is fully connected and can be run for serious potential buyers for demonstrations in working bakery in CA.

    SHIPPING: Originally shipped in 9 separate crates. Seller has the original filled-out shipping quote request forms. Packaging, shipping cost and arrangements are buyer's responsibility.

    Seller will fully cooperate with Buyer on all matters (access to facility, inspection, disconnection, packing, etc.) provided it does not cause any safety issues with Seller's baking staff and/or interruptions with Sellers production.
