UNIFILLER 3800SV Linxis Dual Compact Depositor - Never Used for Sale

This entire system came from the Texas grocery store surplus auction. It was UNUSED and never assembled, We partially assembled it for the photos that you see. We went thru and found that all of the major components are present with EXTRAS! and perhaps some small gaskets or screws missing. We called Unifiller and they have been very helpful in identifying it and are ready to assist the end user with any questions or parts needs after purchase. We have the complete plans and instructions for the machine along with the parts list and electrical and air schematics. Please see the photographs and consider them the major part of the description.

The frame has some scratches and scuffs and a few small dents possibly from the machine being moved around while in storage. These imperfections are pointed out in the photos with the MarksALot Marker. Also the outside surfaces on some of the external exposed parts may have some slight residue incurred from air contact while in storage.

You are going to get everything you see in the photos. We also have some extras that we will be including such as 2 extra photo-sensor control modules (for a total of 4) for the belt line. These alone retail for approx 5000 dollars each. You will also get an extra drip-free nozzle. We will take great care in re-packaging all of the components and palletizing the whole thing for freight shipment. We have not weighed the complete thing yet so we just included a prep fee as the listed amount. We will charge you only the actual amount it costs to ship. However we are more than happy to work with you using your freight account.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The dual compact 3800SV is a dual depositing machine for a single product where the depositors can be run sequentially or any combination that is non-sequential. The frame height is adjustable. For a more complete description of the individual depositors, we will be including the compact SV operations manual. The system you will be getting includes:
- 1X Dual compact 3800 dual depositor
- 1X Dual depositor hopper complete with horizontal agitator and hopper plugs when agitators are not required
- 4X Photo sensor control modules. These can be seen in the 2nd photo. You're going to get two extra ones for a total of four.
- 3X Drip-free nozzles with spot deposit kits. These can be seen in the 3rd photo to the far left. You will get one extra, as only two are required for the machine's operation.
- 2X Hand-held nozzles with spot deposit kits. These can be seen in the 5th photo in the box. Clear hoses are not included.
- 2X Rotary cut off (RCO) spreader nozzles. These can be seen in the 3rd photo. They are the ones sitting on top of the large bubble wrap.
- 2X Custom S-bend 1.0-inch pipework assemblies. These can be seen in the 4th photo.
- 1X Deluxe spare parts kit. This can be seen in the last photo.
- There are also two O-ring spare part kits that can be seen in the 4th photo under the pipework assemblies.
- The hopper wrench can also be seen in the 4th photo along with all of the hopper gaskets and connections.
- There is one extra RCO valve that has a different slot opening. This can be seen in the 3rd photo underneath the rotary cutoff nozzles.

Starting with the 9th photo, we point out the small imperfections in the unit. The 9th photo shows a dent in the arm under the electrical controller. This damage did not affect the controller at all as it was not attached when the dent occurred. The 10th photo shows a scratch on the lower leg. The 14th photo shows a small dent on the lower leg as well. The entire thing may have a few small scratches that were not even worth pointing out. This machine retailed for about $45,000 in 2020. I'm sure they run more now. It is in excellent condition, and will make an great addition to your manufacturing or filling facility.
