Purchased new in November 2023, this Italian-made Italiana Foodtech IPM-160 has been gently used and is in excellent condition. It has only been used for vegan pasta production, it has been very well maintained and kept in a clean, professional food manufacturing environment.

Features & Specifications:
The Italiana Foodtech IPM-160 automatically rolls your pasta, it gives you precise control of sheet thickness for making ravioli, pappardelle ricci, tagliatelle (the shapes and moulds it comes with), and more — its adjustable rollers allow you to tune the thickness to your recipe’s ideal settings. It is built with a hopper capacity of 22 kg. Under standard conditions, it can produce up to 40 kg per hour of fresh (non-filled) pasta, while for filled pasta (ravioli) the output rises to about 50–70 kg per hour, depending on the mold, filling density, and selected settings.
