Flour tortilla plant production unit with a capacity of 9,375 flour tortillas per hour (for 5.5-6" sizes) it's an average of 250 to 340Kg/hr of final product (depends on product size and weight). Composed of 1 mixer, 1 rounder/divider, 3 presses, 3 cooler conveyors.
Between the 3 presses with the rounder and the kneader you can manufacture 2,700kg of tortillas in an 8 hour shift, 42 bags of flour per shift. All using 8 people per shift: 1 at kneader, 1 at rounder accommodating trays/racking, 1 person in each of the 3 presses and 1 person at the exit of each of the coolers. Ideally, people who are in the baking zone will rotate every hour (from one press to the other and then to the rounder). Operation method can be explained at the customer’s site. Ideal to make the tortilla “taquera” of 14cm, and “standard” of 15 and 16cm.

Dough mixer with capacity for 100Kg (1 package of flour, water, fat and its formula). Modified with intelligent relay for automatic control of mixing times (user modifiable) in low and high, dry and wet. Stainless steel bowl, carbon steel housing.
Villamex model V-180 stainless steel divider/rounder. To divide/round from 15 to 80
grams, its production is 10 thousand balls per hour; It works with a pneumatic system, capacity for 80 kg of mass. Able to supply the 3 presses without problem.
Villamex Press Model V-2100 E 28,000 for 3 balls per pressing. In stainless steel Adjusted for 18 strokes per minute, according to the manufacturer it reaches up to 20 strokes but the reality is that the product goes well up to 18 strokes per minute producing 25,000 tortillas in an eight-hour shift, 940kg of tortilla (kilos with 30 pieces per kilogram or 33g the piece), 14.5 packages of flour per shift. 220 Volts, LP Gas.
Press Type Villamex Model V-2100 E 28,000 in carbon steel for 3 balls per
pressing. Adjusted for 18 strokes per minute, producing 25,000 tortillas in an eight hour shift, 940kg of tortilla (kilos with 30 pieces per kilo or 33g per piece), 14.5 bulks of flour per shift. 220 Volts, LP Gas. It works better in terms of tortilla finish (proven for years) than the original Villamex machine
Press Type Villamex in carbon steel for 4 balls per pressing. Adjusted for 12 strokes per minute, producing 25,000 tortillas in an eight hour shift, 940kg of tortilla (kilos with 30 pieces per kilo or 33g per piece), 14.5 bulks of flour per shift. 220 Volts, LP Gas.

NOTES
Indications are included to perform the electrical installation: wire gauges, etc. There is no guarantee, the equipment is sold in the current conditions (the best possible). The equipment was working reliably together for 8 years. The last time we ran the line was in September 2017. The line however was recently tested on product. It has always been stored where it operated in the rodent-free, environmental weather, etc. We will give all the specifications of the spare parts of the line: electrical info, Teflon bands, etc. Likewise, a list of spare parts suppliers that we currently have for the maintenance of the line will be provided.
