Description

Mash Tun Tank from microbrewery, 40-barrel vessel (approximately 1,240 gallon), all stainless-steel construction with false bottom including perforated plates.

Top includes dome top with manway.

Center top agitation, 2 HP drive.

Vessel measures 96in diameter x 54in straight side with conical top and flat bottom (including false bottom).

Offered with SEW-Eurodrive top mounted drive for rotary rake agitation, driven 2 HP, 208V, 3/60Hz, 1740/12 RPM.

Top head includes various openings including (2) 4in, (2) 2in and (2) 1.5in openings.

Bottom of vessel includes 16in diameter access manway, (8) steam injection ports and (6) bottom openings piped together by one large ring.

Last used at microbrewery.
